Alice Shade

Alice Shade is an accomplished executive with significant expertise in healthcare management, strategic consulting, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Vistage Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. and a Predictive Index Certified Partner, Alice specializes in guiding executives through challenging decisions and aligning business and people strategies. As CEO and President of 4 A Ventures, Alice provides advisory services to healthcare and innovation companies, while also supporting product development as an Entrepreneur In Residence at the University of Louisville. Additionally, Alice holds leadership roles on several boards, including Chair of Clover Learning and Board Member at Arrow Electric & Accuserv. Previously, Alice founded SentryHealth and served as a strategic advisor to Healthstat, Inc., alongside various roles in operational management and network management in the healthcare industry. Alice holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
