Noah James

Noah James is an experienced professional with a strong background in user operations and inventory control. Currently serving as a Senior User Operations Specialist in Technical Escalations at The Predictive Index since March 2021, Noah has progressively advanced through multiple roles within the organization. Prior to this, Noah worked as an Inventory Control Coordinator at St. Luke's University Health Network from September 2019 to April 2023 and gained valuable experience as an Operations Expert at Apple from December 2014 to March 2019. Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an Associate's degree from Penn State University.
