Tamara Furman

Tamara Furman, MS, MCC, BCC, currently serves as the Director and a member of the Board of Directors at Chandler Asset Management, Inc., with a focus on the Compensation Committee. Since May 2011, Tamara has been a Founding Partner at SD Leadership Institute, a Certified Women Owned Business and Predictive Index Certified Partner, specializing in leadership, culture, and talent management solutions. Additionally, Tamara is a Certified Partner and Certified Master Trainer for The Predictive Index. Past roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Breg and Search Optics, as well as positions as an instructor and facilitator at multiple universities. Tamara holds an MS in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
