Tamara Prime

Tamara Prime currently serves as the Chief Comprehensive Community Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer at The Primavera Foundation since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Community Affairs Administrator at both the Pima Association of Governments and the REGIONAL PARTNERING CENTER from September 2017 to June 2025, where responsibilities involved developing community initiatives and fostering partnerships across sectors. Previously, Tamara held the position of Chief Of Staff at the City of Tucson Ward 3 Council Office from April 2007 to April 2017, managing staff and serving as a primary policy liaison. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Housing at TMM Family Services, Inc., and as a consultant at Prime Consulting, alongside overseeing community initiatives for the Arizona (Pima) Youth Partnership. Tamara Prime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree in Sustainable Community Development from Prescott College.
