Pete Muscat

Pete Muscat is an experienced professional in compliance and conduct management, currently serving as the Compliance & Conduct Manager - Monitoring at Principality Building Society since January 2014. In this role, Pete is responsible for designing and implementing the annual monitoring plan for the Customer Directorate and overseeing operational first-line monitoring activities. Additionally, Pete has led a project initiative called "Risk Framework," focused on enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management Framework within the Society. Prior to this, Pete held various positions at HSBC and Lidl GB, accumulating significant expertise in business quality and performance management. Pete began a career in finance as a Mortgage Advisor at Santander UK and has a degree from the University of Glamorgan.
