Aoife Byrne is a seasoned professional in business analysis and project management, currently serving as the Senior Business Analyst Team Lead at The Project Foundry since January 2022. Prior to this, Aoife held the position of Lead Business Analyst at Deutsche Bank, focusing on the Salesforce programme. Aoife's experience includes significant roles at Bank of Ireland as a Business Analyst, at Optum (UnitedHealth Group) as a Senior Business Analyst on a Robotic Process Automation team, and multiple positions at Accenture, including Lead Business Analyst and Project Manager on various integration and enhancement projects. Aoife began the career as a Business Analyst in 2011 and has developed a robust skill set in agile methodologies and system implementations. Educationally, Aoife holds a degree in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin, and a Level 6 qualification in Effective People Management from DCM Learning.
