Lindsey Burkhart has considerable experience in human resources, beginning in 2011 when they worked as an IT Recruiter at Paladin Consulting, Inc. Lindsey then worked as a Registrar II at Mercy Regional Health Center from September 2011 to November 2012. Following this, Burkhart served as an Administrative Assistant at the Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, PA from November 2012 to May 2013. Lindsey then joined MATRIX Resources and took on the role of Account Coordinator from July 2013 to August 2014, followed by a position as a Technology Recruiter from August 2014 to February 2016. Since 2016, Burkhart has been with Pursuant, starting as an HR Generalist from February 2016 to April 2018. Lindsey then moved up to HR Manager from April 2018 to April 2019, before becoming the Human Resources Director from April 2019 to January 2023. As of now, they hold the position of VP of Human Resources at Pursuant. Throughout their career, Burkhart has been responsible for various aspects of HR, including planning, leading, developing, and coordinating HR policies and programs. Lindsey also collaborated with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and provided hands-on support for HR Operations and culture initiatives.
