Rashi Foundation
Irit Weinberger Bibi is currently the Project Lead at Rashi Foundation, where Irit manages national initiatives aimed at supporting young adults in Israel in collaboration with various foundations and government ministries. Irit previously worked at Amdocs as the Corporate Social Responsibility & APAC Regional Community Relation Manager, overseeing global CSR strategy, gender diversity programs, and talent management. Prior to that, Irit was a Consultant at Hay Group, where Irit designed leadership development programs. Irit holds an MA in Organizational Sociology from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
