Greg Sterman

Greg Sterman is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in manufacturing and test engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Global Manufacturing Test Engineering at Plug Power since January 2021, Greg has held various leadership roles, including Value Stream Manager and Principal Manufacturing Engineer. Prior work experience includes positions at Advanced Atomization Technologies, Crosman Corp., Thruway, General Motors, Delphi, and Robert Bosch North America, where Greg led teams in lean transformations, new product development, and test engineering. Greg holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
