Grace Palos is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, brand strategy, and customer growth across various industries. Currently serving as a Demand Steward & Transformation Partner at The Ready since April 2024, Grace previously held roles such as Skipper at SV FIDRA, where a 3,000-mile journey across the South Pacific was completed in 2023. As the Founding Chief Customer Officer at Future Super from January 2019 to March 2023, impressive achievements included a 10x increase in monthly customer growth and a 90% reduction in customer acquisition costs. Grace also played a pivotal role in establishing Stake as the Founding Head of Global Growth, contributing to the brand's expansion into international markets.
