James Orr has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. James started their career at Kelly Services as a Recruitment Consultant and worked there from June 2000 to February 2004. James then joined Office Angels as a Senior Branch Manager from February 2004 to April 2007, and later became an Area Manager from April 2007 to December 2009. After that, they worked at Adecco UK as a Branch Manager from December 2009 to November 2010. James then joined Hays as a Senior Manager from October 2010 to September 2011. James Orr returned to Office Angels as a Principal Manager from September 2011 to June 2012, and then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager from June 2012 to February 2015. Their most recent role is as the National Operations Director at The Recruitment Co.
James Orr completed the I3 Leadership Programme at IMD in 2014. Prior to that, they attended John Ogilvie High from 1983 to 1989.
