Ryan Rodgers is a seasoned professional in hospitality management with extensive experience in event operations and project management. Currently serving as Chief Steward at Paws Up Montana since April 2025, Ryan develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures for events, ensuring execution meets Forbes Standards. Previously, Ryan held roles at Footers Catering, including Project Manager and Staffing Manager, where responsibilities involved managing projects and creating staff procedures. With past experience as Assistant Manager at Steamboat Resort and as a Project Manager at C Lazy U Ranch, Ryan has consistently demonstrated a strong capability to oversee and coordinate events with attention to detail. Ryan's background also includes roles in banquet service and operations at Copper Mountain Resort and Vail Resorts, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Colorado State University.
