Courtney Bowens

As Director of Operations for RGW, Courtney oversees the daily operations of RGW’s 17 locations, 31 physicians, and numerous support staff, maintaining a bridge between RGW’s front office and clinical operations. She is responsible for implementing operational goals aligned with the mission of The Retina Group of Washington. She leads staff training and development while promoting a patient-centric culture for the practice. Prior to working with RGW, Courtney worked with Inova Health Care System as a member of their Practice Management and Acquisition department. Her association with The American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives and the Advisory Board of EMR Software allows her to stay on top of the many changes associated within the healthcare industry. Courtney received a degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University, and will earn a degree in Healthcare Administration from Columbia Union College.
