Kristin Dietz has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company since April 2007, where responsibilities include recruiting for professional-level positions across various fields such as IT, Software Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Clerical roles. Prior to this role, Kristin held positions as a Recruiting Manager and Corporate Recruiter at the same company.
