Paul Brannan is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in subsurface utility engineering and environmental remediation. Currently, Paul serves as the Project Manager at The Rios Group, Inc., a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Paul spent a decade at GHD managing the design and construction of midstream oil and gas facilities, including underground natural gas liquid storage. From 1997 to 2012, Paul led a major pipeline PCB remediation program at The Shaw Group, and earlier career highlights include significant environmental projects during tenure at OHM Corporation and civil design work at Dippel, Ulmann & Associates. Paul began professional engineering career as an Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

The Rios Group, Inc. (TRG) is a minority-woman owned Texas Corporation, established in 2012, and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. With additional offices located in Dallas, Houston (The Woodlands), Austin (Round Rock) and San Antonio (Universal City), TRG maintains a team of more than 81 people. Over the last 10 years, TRG has provided responsive, reliable and full service professional Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and Utility Coordination (UC) for numerous public-sector agencies and, private clients, small and large, throughout Texas. We have provided over 14 million linear feet of QL “B” services and over 35,000 QL “A” test holes. TRG owns its equipment consisting of 33 vehicles, and 16 Vacuum Excavation Units, as well as core drills, traffic control equipment, and other necessary ancillary supplies. Our knowledge, experience and familiarity with diverse Texas communities have saved our clients from costly delays due to utility conflicts in civil design and construction projects.
