Early career roles included positions at Codan Forsikring, Hjejle Gersted Mogensen, and Chubb Insurance, among others, focusing on claims handling and legal advisory. Birgitte Fenger Roed began the professional journey in 1994 after obtaining a Cand. jur degree from the University of Copenhagen.
