Tracy Nelson

Tracy Nelson is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in IT service delivery, project management, and client relations. Currently serving as a consultant at The ROIG Group LLC and managing principal consultant at The GN Group since 2018, Tracy has previously held key roles such as director of IT service delivery and support services at LTCG, where responsibility included overseeing over 50 resources and aligning IT with business strategy. Tracy also directed a project management office at Carlson Hotels Worldwide, managing a $2 million budget, and represented multiple business units at Carlson Companies to enhance outsourcing value. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management Information Systems and Services and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
