Ellen Langlois

Ellen Langlois, MBA, is an experienced professional in operations, technology, and product management. Currently serving as Ops, Technology, Product Champion at The Rollout Crew since January 2022, Ellen previously held the position of IT Manager for Enterprise Applications at Signal Energy Constructors, where responsibilities included integrating and supporting cloud-based systems. Prior roles encompass leadership positions at Pike Corporation as Oracle HCM Fusion Lead, and at JACOBS | CH2M | CH2M HILL, where Ellen managed HRIT teams and spearheaded major HCM application projects. An earlier role as an Oracle Applications Developer at EXP@NETS/AVAYA LLC involved enhancing HR production environments. Ellen earned an MBA in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
