Tom Pendleton currently serves as an Art Director at The Romans, overseeing campaign concepts, social asset development, and visual language creation since November 2024. Previously, Tom held the position of Senior Creative (Art Director) at One Green Bean from April 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included art direction for campaigns, management of Junior Designers, and creative direction for social shoots. Tom's experience spans several roles, including Mid-Weight Digital Designer and Junior Digital Designer at Spin Brands, where engagement with clients such as Porsche and Google Cloud occurred. A graduate of the University of Plymouth with a BA (Hons) in Digital Media Design, Tom began professional endeavors as a freelance designer and intern, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in graphic design, creative direction, and brand development throughout the career trajectory.

Founded in 2015 and backed by advertising agency Mother, our team has worked with some of the world’s most exciting brands and created some of the most innovative and awarded earned media campaigns of recent years. In fact, in just over five years we’ve gone from tiny startup to being named Agency Of The Year in early 2018. And again in 2019. And 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 (sorry).
