In 2005, they joined The RoomPlace as a Sales Manager, where they excelled in customer service and sales techniques. Basel later moved up to become a Store Manager at RoomPlace, leading the staff to achieve top performance in key performance indicators. Basel then pursued further education and graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2010. Basel returned to The RoomPlace as a General Manager, ensuring company goals were met and overseeing sales operations. Basel continued their career in the furniture industry, working as a Flagship Store Manager at Art Van Furniture and then as a General Manager at The Dump. Most recently, Basel joined The RoomPlace again in 2021 as a Regional Sales Manager. Throughout their career, Basel has demonstrated strong leadership, goal-orientation, and excellent sales management skills.
