Chris Jones Mbe

Chris Jones MBE serves as the Director of Property and Projects at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames since September 2022, and has held interim roles including Assistant Director of Major Projects and Project Director. Additionally, Chris chairs the Sandwell Diving Club and previously acted as an Advisory Board Member for Active Black Country from June 2018 to September 2022. From June 2009 to September 2022, Chris managed significant projects for Sandwell Council, notably serving as Project Director and Project Manager for the Commonwealth Games 2022 Aquatic Centre. Chris's earlier experience includes key positions at Walsall Council and various roles in finance and technical sales. Chris holds a certification in Microsoft Project 2016 Essentials from QA LTD and completed education at ICL and Chase Terrace High School.
