Rudolph Gwarada CPA, CGA, FCCA is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Controller at The Royal Conservatory of Music since August 2021, Rudolph oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll functions. Prior to this, Rudolph held the Controller position at The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society from July 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included financial management leadership and operational oversight. From February 2009 to December 2019, Rudolph was the Group Chief Financial Officer at Methodist Homes for the Aged, directing financial excellence across a group of subsidiaries. Earlier experience includes the role of Financial Accountant at KMP International from September 2006 to January 2009. Academically, Rudolph holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, a Fellow designation from ACCA, and a Master of Science in Finance from Edinburgh Business School.
