Ian Thomson

Ian Thomson is a seasoned professional in the media and advertising industry, currently serving as the Head of Media & Insight at the Royal Horticultural Society. Previously, Ian held the position of Managing Partner and Head of Ecselis, UK, and also contributed as Managing Partner at Arena Media UK. Ian's extensive experience includes leadership roles at i-level, where responsibilities encompassed Head of Technology, Head of Trading, and Head of Business Architecture, alongside an early career as an Account Manager at Media Contacts. Ian holds a BA & MA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford, complemented by foundational education at Sir William Borlases Grammar School in Marlow.
