Julia Cavanagh is the Chief Financial Officer at The Royal Parks since June 2022. Prior to their current role, Julia served as the CFO and Director of Finance and Performance at the Financial Ombudsman Service from January 2011 to June 2022. Before that, Julia was the Company Secretary at Connaught plc from January 2009 to December 2010. With experience dating back to April 1999, Julia also held roles such as Finance Director, Integrated Services, and Group Company Secretary at Serco. Julia holds a BSocSc in Economics and Politics from Keele University.

The Royal Parks is the charity responsible for managing and preserving over 5,000 acres of historic parkland across London, including valuable conservation areas and important habitats for wildlife. The Royal Parks are: Bushy Park (with the Longford River), The Green Park, Greenwich Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Regent's Park (and Primrose Hill), Richmond Park and St James's Park, We are also responsible for a number of other spaces in London including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens.
