Liz Tack is the Head of the Royal Parks Half Marathon at The Royal Parks, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Liz served in various positions at the British Heart Foundation from January 2015 to July 2022, including Events Operations Lead and Deputy Head of Events, contributing significantly to event management and execution. Liz's career in event coordination began at Limelight Sports, where roles included Project Manager and Project Coordinator from 2009 to 2014. Liz Tack holds a degree in Sport and Leisure Management from Loughborough University, completed in 2008, and attended West Hatch High School from 1997 to 2004.

The Royal Parks is the charity responsible for managing and preserving over 5,000 acres of historic parkland across London, including valuable conservation areas and important habitats for wildlife. The Royal Parks are: Bushy Park (with the Longford River), The Green Park, Greenwich Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Regent's Park (and Primrose Hill), Richmond Park and St James's Park, We are also responsible for a number of other spaces in London including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens.
