Phil Edwards is currently employed as a Park Manager at The Royal Parks, where Phil previously held the position of Assistant Park Manager of Regents Park and Primrose Hill. Prior to this, Phil worked at The Crown Estate as a Park Manager (Operations) and Assistant Superintendent of Parks. Phil also has experience as a Contract Manager at Serviceteam and as an Assistant Contract Manager at SERCO LIMITED. Phil has a Diploma in Horticulture Amenity from Massey University and a Certificate in Horticulture and Gardening from the New Zealand Trade Certificate Board.

The Royal Parks is the charity responsible for managing and preserving over 5,000 acres of historic parkland across London, including valuable conservation areas and important habitats for wildlife. The Royal Parks are: Bushy Park (with the Longford River), The Green Park, Greenwich Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Regent's Park (and Primrose Hill), Richmond Park and St James's Park, We are also responsible for a number of other spaces in London including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens.
