Mignon Chater Kroff

Mignon Chater Kroff is an experienced Reservations Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry, currently serving at The Royal Portfolio since August 2016. Previous roles include Reservations Manager at One&Only Resorts and a long tenure at Singita, where responsibilities ranged from managing reservations teams to enhancing guest experiences. Mignon has also worked at MICROS Systems Inc as a Hospitality Systems Consultant and held various managerial positions at several prestigious establishments, focusing on increasing bednight revenue and effectively managing reservations departments.
