Heather Purcell has over 15 years of experience in client services and account management. Currently serving as Client Services Manager at The Salem Group since August 2009, Heather previously held positions as Senior Account Executive at Smart Resources and Dunhill Professional Search, where responsibilities included consulting services and account management. Earlier in the career, Heather worked as an Account Representative at Yellow Book USA. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business, with a minor in Communications & Culture, from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2005.
