Currently serving as the Director of the Chicago Staffing Center at The Salem Group since September 2024, Sandy previously held the position of Business Development Director at Questpro from February to September 2024. With a long tenure at The Jacobson Group from 2004 to 2024, Sandy served as Vice President of Operations, where roles were restructured to align with strategic goals, and as Vice President of Relationship Management, overseeing staffing solutions for the health insurance sector. Earlier career highlights include serving as Implementation Manager at Seaton Corp and Senior Recruiting Manager at The Choice for Staffing, along with roles at Kudoz.com and Norrell Corporation. Sandy holds a degree from Columbia College Chicago.
