Sam Arias possesses a diverse background in media production, event coordination, and music instruction. Currently serving as a Producer and Production Associate at The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division since June 2018, Sam designs graphic materials and assists with video projects. Simultaneously, Sam operates as a freelance Videographer since January 2013, creating a variety of video content including wedding films and promotional videos. Previous experience includes roles at The Salvation Army Chicago Metropolitan Division as a Music Instructor, where beginner lessons were designed for diverse age groups, and as Kettle Campaign Coordinator, fostering partnerships for fundraising efforts. Sam started a career as a Finance Clerk, handling documentation and information requests. Sam earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Northeastern Illinois University between 2014 and 2016.

The Salvation Army is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. The Salvation Army Metropolitan Division is the administrative unit which provides services to people in need in Greater Chicago, northern Illinois and northwestern Indiana.
