Sofia P. is an experienced professional with a background in administrative support and a focus on community engagement and economic inclusion. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the COO and Director of HR at the San Francisco Foundation since December 2021, Sofia collaborates with community leaders and nonprofits to promote racial equity and economic security in the Bay Area. Previous roles include Real Estate Assistant at Like Where You Live, Executive Assistant and Office Manager at New Door Ventures, where efforts centered around disconnected youth, and Executive Assistant at CuriOdyssey, an interactive science center for youth. Sofia's early career included marketing and administrative roles at Vendini and Yoshi's San Francisco. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Hospitality from California State University, Chico, and has international experience from attending Universidad del Pais Vasco.
