Arpit Singh, CCXP has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Head of Customer Insights and Market Intelligence at The Saudi Investment Bank, where they set up and leads a newly created department focused on influencing key business decisions through insights. Prior to that, Arpit worked at Kantar, initially as a Chief Client Officer and then as a Business Development Lead for Kantar Middle East, where they were responsible for new business development and winning large accounts across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC countries. Before that, Arpit held various roles at Insights by Kantar and TNS Dubai, including Client Service Director and Group Account Director. Arpit also gained experience at IDC as an Assistant Manager in IT & Telecom Research and at Kantar TNS as a Senior Research Executive. Early in their career, Arpit worked as a Research Executive at Market Search India.

Arpit Singh, CCXP, obtained an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, during the period of 1999-2001. In addition to their degree, they hold various certifications related to customer experience, design thinking, user experience, and digital marketing. Some of these certifications include Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in 2021, OCEM Level 1 & Level 2 Certified from Medallia in 2020, and Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019. Arpit Singh continues to expand their knowledge and expertise through ongoing certifications and professional development.
