Badr Allaf has a strong background in compliance and risk management. Badr served as the Chief Compliance Officer at The Saudi Investment Bank from October 2017 until present. Prior to that, they held the position of Board Audit Committee Member at Alistithmar Capital starting in January 2019. Badr also gained extensive experience as the Chief AML Compliance Officer and Executive Management Member at Bank Aljazira from September 2007 to September 2017. Badr began their career at Samba Financial Group, where they served as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Western Region from May 2003 to August 2007.
Badr Allaf attended King AbdulAziz University, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. In 2024, they enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) is a Saudi Arabian joint stock company established by Royal Decree no. M/31 dated June 23, 1976. The Bank began operations in March 1977. SAIB offers traditional wholesale, retail, and commercial banking products and services in addition to investment banking. In particular, it arranges financing of quasi-government and private industrial sectors, and trade finance products for imports and exports.
