Allison Sullivan

Allison Sullivan is an accomplished human resources professional with over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Savings Bank - TSB since July 2025, Allison previously contributed to Enterprise Bank as Learning and Talent Manager from 2012 to June 2025, where expertise was provided in talent management and employee relations.
