Jim Hortsman has over four decades of experience in the print industry, currently serving as an Account Executive and Brand Manager for Graphic Communications & Direct Mail at The Schiele Group since December 2016. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Chicago Press Corporation for 14 years, focusing on developing client partnerships and leveraging production expertise to deliver effective print solutions. Jim's career also includes positions at Moss Printing Inc. as Sales & Production Manager, Quebecor Printing as Production Manager, and R. R. Donnelley and Sons Company in various production roles, including Supervisor and Coordinator. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton, obtained in 1979.

In 1948, Henry Schiele opened a small print shop in an old barbershop. With two small presses, a desk and a phone, Henry began the modest enterprise that would eventually grow into the integration of 8 companies that make up the Schiele Group.
