Anne Moises

Anne Moises, OBE, is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and IT consulting, currently serving as the owner of Misty Isles Consulting Ltd since March 2021. With extensive experience in the public sector, Anne holds the position of Chair of the Digital Health and Care Enabling Technology Board and serves as a Non-Executive Director at the National Records of Scotland. Previously, Anne was the Chief Information Officer at the Scottish Government from 2006 to 2019 and held roles such as Chief Technology Officer and Head of ICT Strategy. Anne possesses a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
