Caroline French

Caroline French is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy management and operational delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Manager and Briefing Co-ordination Lead at The Scottish Government since March 2021, Caroline has previously held roles including Senior Policy Officer and Vaccination Inclusion Officer. Prior experience includes an Operational Delivery Manager position at DWP, where involvement in the People and Locations Programme was key, as well as roles as an Employer Adviser and Planning and Performance Officer. Caroline began a career in recruitment advertising with notable positions at Penna Communications and Barkers Group, alongside early roles at Feather Brooksbank and The Scotsman. Caroline holds a robust background in client management, recruitment communications, and operational strategy, supported by foundational education at Penicuik High School.
