Emily Kennedy

Emily Kennedy is an accomplished climate change and sustainability pharmacist at The Scottish Government since August 2022, while also serving as Associate Director at MORPh Training since April 2020. With a strong foundation as a Medical Writer for NHS CONNECT and a long-standing role as Lead Locality Pharmacist at NHS, expertise includes independent prescribing with special interests in respiratory and pain management, alongside mindfulness teaching. Emily has contributed to pharmacy education as a Peer Advisor at NHS Education for Scotland and has a history of supporting students at Robert Gordon University as an eTutor and Boots Teacher Practitioner. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Pharmacy Practice from the University of Bradford, a practice certificate in independent prescribing from the University of Strathclyde, and a postgraduate certificate in tertiary level teaching methods from Robert Gordon University.
