Gregor Hutton Fras McIps

Gregor Hutton FRAS MCIPS currently serves as the Head of Commercial Capability for The Scottish Government, where responsibilities include enhancing commercial capabilities and supporting national standards in procurement. Previous roles within The Scottish Government involved improving procurement and project delivery, while also championing these fields across various sectors. In addition to government service, Gregor is the owner of BoxNinja, known for self-publishing role-playing games, and has experience as a Commercial and Procurement Support Officer with Adecco. Prior experiences include significant positions at Wiley-Blackwell and Blackwell Publishing Ltd, where skills in project management and production were honed. Gregor holds a BSc (Hons) in Astronomy and Physics from the University of Glasgow.
