Holly Gilfether

Holly Gilfether has extensive experience in communications and engagement within the public sector, currently serving as the Head of Communications and Engagement for the National Care Service at The Scottish Government since December 2013. Previous roles at The Scottish Government include leadership positions for communication strategies during critical initiatives such as the Covid Highest Risk response and various media management roles. Holly's background in communications is further strengthened by previous positions at Lothian and Borders Police, UTV, and Bauer Media, alongside academic qualifications including a Professional Certificate in Marketing from CIM and a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the University of the West of Scotland.
