Lauren Kelly

Lauren Kelly is an experienced professional in service and product management, currently serving as the Service Owner for Scotland's Migration Service with the Scottish Government since July 2017, leading the launch of a new migration service in November 2024. Prior roles include Product Manager for various initiatives, where notable contributions included leading design processes for community health and social care systems, delivering communication materials for Scotland's Redress Scheme, and managing supplier relationships within the Social Security Programme. Additional experience includes work as a Policy and Projects Officer at ACEVO and as a Graduate Project Officer at Homes for Haringey. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Women's Studies from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by an international exchange at McGill University.
