Rachel Dillon

Rachel Dillon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce planning, organisational development, and learning and development. Currently serving as the Head of Workforce Planning at The Scottish Government since November 2022, Rachel previously held roles such as Director at Contour People Development and Head of Organisational Development at CALA Group Limited. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Ceannas and Business Management Officer at the Scottish Police College. Rachel began a career in human resources and development at Harvey Nichols. Educational qualifications include a CIPD qualification in Organisation Design and Development, a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and a BA Hons in Social Policy from the University of York.
