Currently serving as Vice President of Development at The Set and as Eigenaar of Zuyder, Gladys has also held the position of Managing Director at Arubiana Inn. Previous experience includes Vice President of Sales & New Business Development for Europe, Africa, Middle East & South Asia at Preferred Hotels & Resorts, and Chief Commercial Officer at YALA. Gladys' background includes significant roles at Lore Group, Pulitzer Amsterdam, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities ranged from sales management to operational innovation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague, a Master's in Neuro Linguistic Programming from SenSolid, and additional studies in Hospitality Leadership at Michigan State University.
