Tom de Jong is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at The Set Collection since April 2023, Tom has held various sales leadership positions at notable establishments including Conservatorium hotel, where Tom worked from October 2016 to March 2023, progressing from Associate Director of Sales to Director of Sales and Acting Director of Sales. Prior to that, Tom was employed at Rosewood London from October 2011 to September 2016, initially as Sales Manager and later as Senior Sales Manager. Tom's career began at Hilton Worldwide, where Tom held multiple roles from November 2007 to September 2011. Academically, Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden, completed in 2008.
