The Seymour Agency is a literary agency representing award-winning authors from all over the globe. Founded in 1992 by Mary Sue Seymour, the Agency now operates under the leadership of the president, Nicole Resciniti. The Agency represents over 100 bestselling and emerging authors in a range of genres. Many of the authors have appeared on the New York Times and USA Today bestsellers lists, and have won major awards. 

On the surface, the Agency serves authors by negotiating on their behalf for works the author has created. However, the Agency also benefits a wider audience in that its existence serves the literary community: publishers, editors, producers, and readers.
