Prior experience includes five years at NextEra Energy Resources, where Garrett progressed from Associate Project Manager, specializing in utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects in California, to Project Manager for utility-scale solar projects across PJM. Additionally, Garrett contributed to land service initiatives, negotiating long-term wind leases and securing transmission lines for wind farm expansions. Early career experience at Rockford Pipeline Corporation included internships as a Field Engineer, focusing on project tracking and support. Garrett holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
