Ki Tae Kim has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts since December 2010. Previous roles include Senior Audit Manager and Senior HR Manager, with responsibilities in recruitment leadership. Prior to this, Ki Tae Kim worked at SK Telecom as an HR Manager, leading HR operations, and held HR Assistant positions at Hyundai Development Company and LOTTE Confectionery. Ki Tae Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Chung-Ang University, completed in 2002.
