William Klemm has had a diverse range of work experiences in the theater industry. William started their career as an Usher at Studio 54 with Roundabout Theatre Company in 2006 and gradually worked their way up through various roles, including Assistant Audience Services Manager and Subscription Manager. In their most recent role with Roundabout Theatre Company, they served as the Associate Director of Audience Services and Ticketing Operations, where they managed a subscriber base of over 30,000 individuals and was responsible for the season renewal process, including building packages, managing pricing structures, overseeing seating, and distributing tickets. Prior to their time with Roundabout Theatre Company, William held positions as a Ticket Inventory Manager at Manhattan Theatre Club and as an Assistant Manager of Ticket Services at NYU Skirball. William is currently working as a Box Office Auditor at The Shubert Organization.
William Klemm obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from New York University, where they studied from 2019 to 2023. In March 2023, they also completed three HTML courses, including "Learn HTML: Fundamentals Course," "Learn HTML: Semantic HTML Course," and "Learn HTML: Tables Course" from Codecademy.

Since the dawn of the 20th Century, Shubert has operated hundreds of theatres and produced hundreds of plays and musicals both in New York City and throughout the United States. Shubert currently owns and operates seventeen Broadway theatres and six off-Broadway venues.
