Previously, as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Medical Research Network from March 2020 to March 2025, Jennifer oversaw a team that focused on hiring qualified clinical research nursing professionals. Notable achievements include building a Talent Acquisition team from the ground up at Medical Research Network and managing recruitment efforts at organizations such as SeniorWell and ATI Physical Therapy. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Eastern Illinois University.
