Andrew Wan

Andrew Wan is an accomplished cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Macquarie and the Group Chief Information Security Officer at SCBX. As the Director of Truehacking since 2014, Andrew has led initiatives in strategic cybersecurity services and virtual CISO offerings. Additional leadership roles include Director of the Sydney Chapter at the FAIR Institute and member of the Global Threat Advisory Board at EC-Council. Andrew also contributes to ISACA's Sydney Chapter as a Board Director and has been a lecturer on security and cybersecurity topics at The Northern Sydney Institute - TAFE NSW since 2012. With a commitment to nonprofit security, Andrew has held prominent positions, including CISO at The Smith Family and committee member of the NFP and Aged Care Security Council. Andrew holds degrees from Macquarie University, Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and Carnegie Mellon University.
